NIKKI LEAH BAIM Nikki is a senior at Northwestern University studying journalism and law. She grew up in Tucson, AZ loving sports, which sparked her interest in storytelling. When she moved to Chicago, she developed a second passion for investigating criminal justice and systemic inequality. She combines these interests by writing stories about the intersection of race, gender, culture and sports. Nikki is currently interning at NFL Films and her published work includes bylines at Yahoo Sports and The Chicago Reporter. She is the daughter of Richard and Efthalia (Rallis) Baim of Tucson, AZ and the granddaughter of Nicholas Anthony Rallis and the late Alexandra Rallis of Tucson, AZ.
CHRISTINA MARIA CONSTANTINE Christina is a senior at Boston University in the College of Communication, pursuing a major in journalism and a minor in public relations. She has held internships in communications, is a writer and editor for Her Campus at Boston University, and holds the leadership position of vice president of her sorority. Being proficient in Greek and an active church member, Christina has a close connection to her heritage through participation in Ionian Village and as a counselor at Camp Saint Paul. Native to NYC, Christina hopes to pursue a career in communications and continue to write passionately. She is the daughter of Nicholas and Anastasia (Stavropoulos) Constantine of Whitestone, NY, and the granddaughter of Christos and Christina Stavropoulos of Brooklyn, NY and Nicholas and Christine Constantine of Whitestone, NY.
ANASTASIA EVANGELINE LENNON Anastasia graduated from Stony Brook University in New York with degrees in history and anthropology. She will receive her master’s degree in journalism in December from Boston University. While at BU, Anastasia worked as a teaching assistant, tutored at the writing center, and interned at the New England Center for Investigative Reporting, a nonprofit that operates within WGBH. This semester, she is a State House reporter for The Patriot Ledger and the Science & Tech editor for BU News Service. She plans to become an investigative reporter and continue the tradition of shedding light on that which the powerful or the government may want hidden. She grew up in Port Jefferson, NY with her parents, Michael and Michele Lennon, her sister Jacqueline Lennon, and her grandparents, Chris and Evangeline Stamatiadis.
VERONICA MADELINE PERRY Veronica is a master’s degree candidate at the University of Southern California, studying organizational behavior and communication. Veronica serves as president of the Southern California Communication Association, volunteers at the food pantry and enjoys connecting with students in the Hellenic Student Association. She values the psychological importance of storytelling and consistently implements research-driven journalistic campaigns. She conducts communication research for diverse organizations, including Mobile Teacher, University of Southern California and various non-profits. She also contributes to multiple publications, including The Sacramento Spotlight and Grow Wire. She is the daughter of Chris and Jana (Burnett) Perry of Granite Bay, CA; granddaughter of Fanny Penziki of Athens, GR and the goddaughter of the late Fr. Demetrius and Presvytera Eleutheria Dogias of Elizabeth, NJ.
VICTORIA RASCHI Victoria is a senior at Emerson College studying visual media arts and minoring in entrepreneurship. She has interned at the MA State House, WGBH, The National Hellenic Society, Allied Global Marketing as a Lionsgate Ambassador, MullenLowe and The Price is Right. At Emerson, she has produced shows with the Emerson Channel, created her own show called Dear Griff, worked on journalism channel WEBN and hosted movie reviews. Victoria has won awards for her work in the Fraternity and Sorority community at Emerson, and was president of local sorority Xi Gamma Nu, as well as won an EVVY for Outstanding Business Startup. Victoria is the co-chair of the National Hellenic Society of Boston, and an avid member of Dormition of the Virgin Mary, Somerville. She is the daughter of Victor and Eleni (Efstathopoulos) Raschi of Somerville, MA; the granddaughter of the late Manolis and Vasiliki (Efstratiou) Efstathopoulos of Somerville, MA, and the late Eugene and Helen Raschi of Somerville, MA.
ERIKA ANGELICA TANNOR Erika is a communications professional having recently served as Communications Director to a high-profile New York City Council Member. While in that role, she wrote numerous opinion editorials and secured over 600 stories in publications including: The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Forbes, Rolling Stone Magazine, Crains and local sources. Erika recently earned a Masters of Public Policy from the University of Oxford and graduated from Mount Holyoke College with a high honors degree in politics. She is the daughter of Lawrence Tannor and Andrea Achilles of Astoria, NY and the late Angelica and Michael Achilles of Patras, Greece and Nicosia, Cyprus respectively.
