ALEXAANGELA CHRISTOFOROS,
a native of Salem, MA, is a senior at Suffolk University. While working on her degree in broadcast journalism, she has worked as a special projects intern at WHDH-TV Channel 7 in Boston, which included coverage of NH presidential primary; newsroom assistant at New England Cable News; on air reporter for Boston’s Dirty TV/NESN and Freedom Trail TV; cohost of Boston North TV and as a global blog analyst for Reuters, The Christian Science Monitor and GlobalPost. Angela is the daughter of George and Georgia (Alexandrou) Christoforos of Salem and the granddaughter of the late Kostas and Maria Alexandrou of Samos, Greece and the late Pol y v ios and Ay y e l iki Chr i s toforos of Kalamata, Greece.

ROBYN KIMBERLY KERIAZES,
a native of Bedford, NH, recently completed her junior year at the University of New Hampshire pursuing a degree in journalism/ international affairs. She has studied in Greece, Argentina and Peru and also at the Nackey S. Loeb School of Communications. The Quill and Scroll International Honor Society scholar is managing editor of UNH Radio, has interned with NH Public Radio and helped edit a documentary video for Breathe New Hampshire. She has been involved with Kiwanis, Amnesty International and many other civic causes.Robyn is the daughter of Paul H. and Diane (Maurer) Keriazes of Bedford, NH and the granddaughter of Eugenia Keriazes of Manchester,NH, and the late Harry Keriazes and Charles D. and Alice W. Maurer of Dover, NH.

GINA MARIE GIOLDASSIS,
a native of Sunapee, NH and a junior at Drew University, has interned with WNYC Soundcheck on New York Public Radio and at New Hampshire Public Radio on their statewide broadcasts, conducting interviews and producing original features. She has written extensively for The Intertown Record and The Acorn, founded Students for Sustainable Foods and is preparing for her fall semester abroad in London. Gina is the daughter of Yannis K. and Kathryn L. (Smith) Gioldassis of Sunapee, NH and the granddaughter of Konstandinos Y. Gioldassis of Athens, Greece and the late Georgia Gioldassis, Harley Norris of Newport, NH and the late Margaret Norris and George E. Smith of Newport, NH and the late Marion R. Smith.

ALEXANDRA LEA PANDELL
is pursuing a master’s degree in journalism at the University of California Berkeley. The Oakland, CA native was an honors graduate of the University of Santa Barbara with a degree in global and international studies. Interning this summer with UC Berkeley’s award winning alumni magazine, Cal i fornia, she has wr i t ten for The Richmond Confidential and Oakland North; was managing editor of The Daily Nexus and editorial intern at The Pacific Coast Times. The winner of the California Media Association’s Best Feature Award, she has studied abroad and volunteered in Ghana. Lexi is the daughter of James and Diana (Barra) Pandell of Oakland, CA and the granddaughter of Joan Barra of Southampton, NY and the late Joseph Barra, Jerry Pandell and Carol Pandell.

GEORGE CHRISTIAN PAPPAS
of Clearwater, FL is finishing his degree in journalism and Spanish at the University of Florida. He recently joined the New York Yankees’ office of baseball operations and player development, after covering Major League Baseball and the Florida Gators for ESPN Radio and Gator Bait Magazine. He has contributed to CBS Sports’ weekly college football broadcasts, Sports Illustrated’s documentary on former UF coach Urban Meyer, a series about Gators in the NBA for Fox Sports Florida and lifestyle features for the Tampa Bay Times (formerly the St.Peter sburg Times ) . The co-hos t of a documentary, Team in Transit, which chronicled a Southeastern Conference football team’s journey to a road game, he is working a book on the revival of the Cleveland Indians and a bilingual series on Dominicanborn players’ ascendance in professional baseball. George is the son of George G. and Athena (Vidalis) Pappas and the grandson of Ge o r g e E. and I r ene Pappa s , a l l o f Clearwater, FL and the late Andrew and Dr. Despina Bellou Vidalis.

SARAH ROSE POLITIS,
a native of Fraser, MI, is pursuing a degree in journalism at the Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism at the University of Southern California, with a minor in cinematic arts and political science.Having landed an internship with NBC at the 2012 Summer Olympics in London, she is building on experience as the weekly host of Fresh Forward, a radio program to inspire young people; an internship with WJR Radio in Detroit; founder and host of The Popo Show, which highlights positive youth role models; producer of Trojan Vision campus tv and as a blogger for Young Hollywood website.She is the daughter of John and Michele (Pietrzak) Politis of Fraser, MI and the granddaughter of Elias D. Politis of Dearborn Heights, MI and the late Stella (Courtesis) Politis and the late Joseph and Rose Pietrzak.
